These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Mountoy.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Mountoy
By visiting the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
1. Eligibility and account information
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact, billing, and shipping information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to protect it.
You may also check out as a guest where that option is available.
2. Our products
Mountoy is an independent design shop offering National Park–style artwork on made-to-order apparel, accessories, home decor, and other merchandise.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, dimensions, and images accurately. Screen settings, production methods, garment batches, and the handmade or made-to-order nature of some products may cause minor differences. Please review the product description, size chart, materials, care instructions, and available options before ordering.
We may update, discontinue, or limit products or quantities at any time. Product availability is not guaranteed until we accept your order.
3. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We accept an order when we send an acceptance or production confirmation, begin production, or dispatch the order, whichever occurs first.
We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, or a request that violates these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
Please check your order carefully. Because many products enter production quickly, changes or cancellations may not be possible after production begins.
4. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site, normally U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, applicable sales taxes, VAT, or other charges will be shown at checkout when we are required or able to calculate them.
For international orders, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges unless checkout clearly states that they are included.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of a payment method may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.
5. Personalized products and customer instructions
If a product allows personalization or customer-selected details, you are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, dates, colors, sizes, and other instructions before submitting the order. We will generally produce the item using the information you provide.
You must not submit content or instructions that are unlawful, abusive, deceptive, hateful, obscene, or that infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for anything you submit. We may refuse or cancel a personalization request that we reasonably believe violates these requirements.
6. Production, shipping, and delivery
Many Mountoy products are made to order. Production and delivery dates shown on the Site are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, address issues, or other events outside our reasonable control.
We ship only to destinations supported at checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address. If an order is returned or lost because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply where permitted by law.
If we cannot ship within the time promised—or, where no time was promised, within the period required by applicable law—we will notify you and provide any cancellation, consent, or refund options required by law. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to you or a person you identify, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

7. Returns, refunds, and order problems
Returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy available on Mountoy.com.
Because many items are made to order or personalized, change-of-mind returns and cancellations may be restricted after production begins where permitted by law. This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, unsafe, or materially different from their description.
If there is a problem with your order, contact support@mountoy.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs where relevant. Do not return an item without following the instructions in our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual property and brand references
The Site and all Mountoy-owned content—including original artwork, graphics, photographs, logos, text, layout, and branding—are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as allowed by law or with our prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, scrape, or commercially exploit Mountoy-owned content.
Third-party names, trademarks, characters, places, stories, artwork, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, Mountoy is not sponsored, endorsed, licensed, or affiliated with any government agency, national park authority, entertainment studio, publisher, game company, franchise owner, or other third-party rights holder.
You may link to public pages on the Site in a lawful and non-misleading way, but you may not suggest an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.
9. Reviews, comments, and other submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content to the Site, you retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and adapt that content only as reasonably needed to operate, improve, and promote the Store and its products.
You confirm that your submission is truthful, is based on your genuine experience where applicable, and does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, but we are not required to monitor every submission.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use the Site to:
- break any law or infringe another person’s rights;
- submit malicious code, interfere with security, or disrupt the Site;
- scrape, harvest, or collect data without authorization;
- impersonate another person or submit false or misleading information;
- attempt unauthorized access to an account, system, or payment process; or
- use the Site or its content for unauthorized commercial reproduction or resale.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, our customers, or our legal rights.
11. Third-party services and links
The Site may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics tools, social networks, and fulfillment providers. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control. Your use of them may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Privacy and communications
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy available on Mountoy.com.
Transactional messages about your account or orders are necessary to provide the service. Marketing emails are optional. You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email, although you may still receive essential order and account messages.
13. Site availability and corrections
We aim to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate product information, pricing mistakes, or omissions and may update or cancel an affected order. Where an accepted order is materially affected, we will notify you and provide any remedy required by law.
14. Consumer rights, warranties, and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. If you use the Site or products for business purposes, we are not liable for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data except where applicable law does not allow that exclusion.
Our total liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except for liabilities that cannot legally be limited. These limitations do not reduce any mandatory consumer protection available to you.
15. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, civil disruption, government action, labor disputes, carrier interruption, utility or internet failure, epidemics, or supply-chain disruption. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and will provide any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
16. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Site, create security or fraud risk, or if required by law. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations and provisions intended to survive.
17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections provided by the laws of the country or state where you live, and nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring proceedings before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Store, our practices, or applicable law. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter an accepted order unless required by law or agreed with you.
19. General provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with any policies expressly referenced in them and the terms shown at checkout, form the agreement between you and Mountoy regarding the Site and your order.
